I just signed up, when does my first Box arrive?

A.

It takes some serious time to find all these great teas and pack them up for you. Boxes will ship on the 3rd of every month and typically arrive within 3-5 business days, depending on where your location. If you signed-up after the 1st of the month, you'll receive the next month's Box as your first.

How many cups of tea do a get in each box?

A.

We send you enough to keep you going till the next month, approximately 30-40 cups a month. Take note of the re-steeps too!

Is delivery free for my monthly box?

A.

Delivery for the Steep Box is FREE and included in the monthly subscription price, however members in “regional’’ areas and not in the proximity of main centres will have an additional shipping fee of R25 which will be clearly noted on the payments page.

What type of tea will I get?

It isn’t a surprise if we tell you beforehand, right? All you need to know is that we hear to curate the best tea for you.

I want to change my email account?

Email your new account details to info@steepbox.co.za, and we will update it.

How do I change my delivery address?

We are not surprised. Tea lovers were always known to be nomads searching for the best of tea. Email us at info@steepbox.co.za and we will make sure that Steep Box finds you.

How do I return a defective product?

We don’t send defective products. In such a rare circumstance, drop us a mail and we will gladly replace it.

Can I order more of a specific tea?

Yes, email us at info@steepbox.co.za and we can order your favourite tea.

Do I need to be present when my Steep Box arrives?

A.

Your Steep Box arrives via courier. You don’t specifically need to be there but someone you trust needs to be present at the address to sign for you. This is why we recommend you use a business address, where possible.
